I’m a boutique studio fitness owner and holistic nutritionist.
After running my studio for a few years, I realized the missing piece I was leaving out of the equation for my members was the nutrition piece… it is, after all, the most important piece to the heath and wellness equation.
So I ventured out to become a nutrition coach, later furthering my education to get my degree as a Holistic Nutritionist. Over time, after working with many different people, I learned that my experience with plant based living was equally as beneficial to people as my education in holistic nutrition.
I am now dedicated to helping people find the immense value that I do in plant based eating, even if it’s not a full-on conversion to a plant based life. I’ve got the experience feeding a total carnivore (i.e. my hubby) AND a cheeky (and oftentimes difficult) toddler to love plant based meals, so I’ll tell you… I got this!
