In this wellness series, I will cover 4 aspects of your wellness.
Week 1: Know Your Body
This week we’ll talk about my 5 Facets of Wellness and the foundation of a healthy body and a healthy life. You’ll get tips on how to put these facets to work and how to track them to jump start any wellness or weight loss goals you have for yourself.

Week 2: Repair Your Body
This week we’re talking all about digestion, energy, and cravings. This week comes with tangible tips to start implementing NOW for your best health (and weight) as well as recipes tog et you started.

Week 3: Nourish Your Body
Nourish your body also means nourishing your mind, and we’re putting the holistic equation together this week. We’ll be talking all things mind and body and how your mind TOTALLY affects what goes on in your body. This week comes with mindfulness practices and prompts to get you started with your own mindfulness practice.

Week 4: Nurture Your Body
Nurturing your holistic wellness journey means that you’re on a path of continuous learning. And REAL nourishment also comes with community. We’ll cover these aspects this week as well as how you can create this community to keep you on your path!

Hey ya'll, I'm Hope Pedraza!
I'm a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, the founder of inBalance, a pilates based fitness studio and creator of The Plant Based Method.  I have always been interested and intrigued by nutrition and the human body.  

When I realized that the missing piece in my clients' success at my studio was their approach to nutrition, I decided to go all in, getting certifications and completing a degree to further my interest and education in nutrition and holistic health, becoming a certified holistic nutritionist. 

After transforming my own health and my body with a plant based diet, I now specialize in plant based nutrition and I'm bringing you all the goods to help you along in a plant FOCUSED life. 
There will also be time for live Q&A sessions throughout the series to get all your questions answered.
