Nourish your body also means nourishing your mind, and we’re putting the holistic equation together this week. We’ll be talking all things mind and body and how your mind TOTALLY affects what goes on in your body. This week comes with mindfulness practices and prompts to get you started with your own mindfulness practice.
Week 4: Nurture Your Body
Nurturing your holistic wellness journey means that you’re on a path of continuous learning. And REAL nourishment also comes with community. We’ll cover these aspects this week as well as how you can create this community to keep you on your path!
